The Academy Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, including a copy of your original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
